About me? Why, aren't you the coy one....

I am Martha. You may have heard of me from my exploits in the prestigious corrugating software industry... or from my website (http://convolutedwoolymuffins.com).

It may not surprise you that I am a man. A manly man. A man with an unfortunate nickname acquired in college where it clung to me like flies to kids with candy. A man who is not gay (sorry fellas, I'm taken).

When I was a mere monster of eight (as all eight year-olds are) I was given for christmas a Radio Shack computer that plugged into the television. You can imagine the thrill I experienced just before opening what I thought was a shiny new toy firetruck as I'm sure you can imagine my sheer disappointment when it turned out to be the computer-like thing my mother tried so hard to convince me was better than putting out imaginary fires. I never fully recovered, even though I did eventually get the firetruck, and later yet broke said firetruck. So, I was stuck with this over-sized calculator which I was determined to have fun with. After pushing a few buttons, I accidently learned GW BASIC. When you're a tender age as I was, you don't consider that casually learning such things will eventually lead you down dark and terrifiying roads, like multithreaded asynchronous data structures or cross-platform lexical analyzers.

This in a nut-shell is what became of me and I really haven't changed much since. I'm still an eight-year old with a computer and the stubbornessl to make it fun... dammit.
